I brought my computer in for a repair/upgrade and the turn around time was very quick. The two USB ports on the front had become stripped. Robert added 4 more to the back for me and cleaned out the inside while he was at it. He was very professional as well as decent for conversation. If you need something done quick, right, and at a decent price go here!

Baxter Consultants did an excellent job repairing and speeding up my laptop. Robert fixed the battery and a broken connection. He is a great listener and very patient to help work out the problems and evaluate the software. He explained everything he did for me in a way that I could understand.
In addition Robert exchanged my old hard drive for a SSD hard drive on my desktop computer and transferred all my data and files to the new hard drive. Now I have lightning fast speed and more storage. Along with that he encouraged me to load Windows 10 and Office 365, which has made my on-line teaching much better for me and my students. All of this has saved me a lot of time teaching classes, grading assignments and searching for materials that I need to teach.
Lastly, he helped me move my modem and ordered me a jabra speaker and microphone which allows me to communicate more easily with students.
All of this was done at a very reasonable cost and was less than half of what a new computer would have cost me.
Best of all he came to my home to perform these services at a time that was conventions for me. Thank you Robert for making my life less frustrating and much better.

When I needed help creating a class website, he made my class website automatic by using computer codes. The system he created now grades, scores, and charts or graphs all my data. He is the best person a technologist can be, too; his character is top-notch with patience to help guide any non-techie person toward success. Moreover, his company’s prices are fair and affordable.
