My daughter Brandi went to Tom Banks & Associates on my recommendation and the experience she encountered was horrible. This office does not communicate ANYTHING with their clients. She had to call them all the time to find out anything about taxes being ready and most times never answered the phone. She was never told how much the service was and had her taxes forever. When addressing these things with front desk receptionist she acted like she could care less of any concerns my daughter had. My daughter's taxes were a basic W-2 to do nothing owned or any complications on her taxes and they charged her $375.00 dollars. I live in Nashville TN and have some of the best CPA's here and doesn't charge this much. They are way to expensive for Mansfield, Ohio. I am furious with myself that i recommended that my daughter to go to them. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
