I would not use this accountant unless you want to be strung along with more and more charges. I paid them around $9000 for taxes being filed. They kept wanting more and more money. Still never filed my taxes 2 years late. Then turned around and literally lied to my face about everything Jim said and told me to do. He's supposed to be a christian but he's a gentile. He lies and schmoozes his way into charging you into oblivion with no results. The few years he did file. I'm having to pay another legitimate accountant to totally reset and amend. He does not know how to file real estate taxes for investors although that's exactly what he claims to specialize. In. He talks a good game performance non existent. BEWARE, DONT USE THIS ACCOUNTANT if you own a business especially real estate or anything outside a basic W2 format. Liars, SCAMMERS, incompetent!
