This branch is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. In particular, the banker seated in the middle exhibits rude behavior and seems to prioritize certain individuals over others, failing to treat everyone with the professionalism expected of a banker. Additionally, the tellers display a lack of professionalism, making it hard to understand how they were hired. Even giving them one star would be generous.

I cannot express enough how this is the worst bank ever. Never never never use bank of america. The tellers are rude as hell. This location is one of the absolute worse! They had 2 actual bankers in their offices. One chick was on the phone laughing away and the other dude wasnt on the phone. A lady ahead of me stated she had been waiting for one of them for over 40mins.. another gentleman attempted to get the dude who wasnt on the phone attention by walking in his office; only to be pushed out. Then they made everyone leave because it was closing. Customer service has changed, i thought you closed once everyone had been helped that was there prior to closing. Plan on coming 2 hours before closing because that last hour they only concern is themselves.

I have at least 5 letters from BofA stating my card we got during COVID has been blocked. My card has maybe .40¢ on it. the letter says my claim has been resolved. I never filed a claim and I was awarded $51.78. When I called the 1800 number I give them my information they ask for phone and email and said they can't verify me and it will be blocked. I said I don't have the cards anymore they expired and this is the second time your company in Oklahoma has answered and I live in California. This is the second time your company has asked for my phone number and my email to verify me but comes back within seconds to tell me that can't authenticate me. Wtf is BofA doing? Straight SCAM. I tried calling the Butte House Road office and no one answers phone ever.

Came here wirh Mom
Only one teller
10 plus people in line
Worst counter service
When they are busy should have more teller counters open
With all the excessive fees charged by this bank serv8ce should be better
If CEO will focus on service it be better bank
All CEO cares about is his own stock
Manafer just came by and when aked he he will see in few moments if he can do anything.

Line has grown to 16 people still one teller.

Always really nice when I go in person. But they NEVER answer their phones, which is not convenient at all...called 16 times in one day just to see and no one answered. Doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week. If you want anything done with your account or even general questions answered. You have to go in person. The online chat box isn't that helpful either! Have been waiting on a card to be sent to me for almost 2 months now...

The only reason this bank gets 3 stars from me after visiting this location 3 disappointing times to get my number changed in the system is due to Yanci. The 4the time I came back to pull money out I landed in Yancis line and that was God moving mountains for me. She is a manager and has more access to accounts and changed my number within a matter of minutes. Each time I visited not one ascoiate pointed me to her direction they only wasted my time by telling me how hard it would be for them to help me. The interesting thing is is customer service told me they could've called customer service the first time I entered that location to tell customer service we need an authorization code so I could've unlocked my card and it never would've been such a huge ordeal. Every time I entered it was a slow period and it was so unnecessary to be pushed aside. Thank you Yanci for doing such a simple task effortlessly.

Ive been here twice and horrible experience both times. Not friendly at all. Teller was raising her voice at me, talking over me as if I was stupid. I walked away & went to the Marysville location. There I was able to talk to a manager & get the documents I needed. Recommend the Marysville location. Much friendlier and no wait time.

I have purchased Cashier's Checks from B of A before, though it has been a few years, but this was the first time I have been asked the business address of the payee. Though the teller was not unfriendly she was not exactly the happiest I have encountered. One I don't carry my banks ATM card on me so I showed her my I.D., then she said she would look up the business address on her system, it seems like she found it because there were no more questions about the payee address again. Afterwards I told her the amount and then she proceeded to ask the payees name again, which I thought she had written down or which the name was still on her computer screen from looking it up. To me it was just a long process compared to Chase bank. There they do not ask for the payee address, it is a very efficient process and one is in and out very quickly. The only reason I came here today to do my business was because I was in this part of town, but if these are the actions it takes to get a transaction done I'll drive further down the road rather go through that again.
