This is by far one of the worst locations because they always have one teller an you wait in line for a hours. My business does business with Bank of American an in order for me to make business deposits I have to stand in line for hours on end an the tellers are always so rude like they hate there job an don’t wanna be here. Oh an don’t get me started on the manager at this location. The manager just try’s to pawn you off on the atm

Bank assistant manager running the show doesn’t know their own policy’s. I have a cashiers check drawn at B Of A and they refused to cash it. Due to me not having an account, then they don’t have enough funds, then they would if I had an account. I asked for her card and she gave me someone else’s and I asked for hers again. What a joke. This is why I no longer bank with these people. Lie and cheat and try and force you to open an account……. Cashiers check policy is clear it’s an $8 fee. For non

I couldn't be more disgusted with the time wasted and the incompetent performance of the banking manager at this branch. I went to get a FEMA check endorsed because it was written out to Bank of America and myself due to a home equity loan I had with BOA prior to the hurricane and flood of August 30. Because of the loan, BOA had a Lien on the property, and was listed for co-payment on FEMA records. I paid off the loan 10/19/23 and had received a Satisfaction of Mortgage from BOA. I received this check from FEMA NFIP on 12/5. Should have been a simple endorsement by BOA but no, they insisted that they couldn't endorse it without the approval of the loan department, even though it was crystal clear that there was no loan and there was no lien. Against logic and common sense they attempted to contact the BOA Loans Department. I had to call BOA Property Claims on my phone because they didn't even know who to call and were waiting on the phone on hold after contacting vehicle loans. Property claims told them the obvious: "NO LOAN, NO LIEN NO ENDORCEMENT FROM THEM NECESSARY! THE LOCAL BRANCH MANAGER COULD ENDORCE IT!" She still refused, insisting that the check had to do with a loan and that they didn't know what it was for and that she she was following bank protocol and could get fired for endorsing it. I reiterated that the loan had nothing to do with it, the check was insurance payment for damages to my property paid by FEMA, a government agency. She still refused due to "potential liability" making no attempt to contact any of her superiors to see if she was correct or not. I looked for another branch, and went to the Embassy branch. The bank manager looked at my check, looked at the satisfaction of mortgage, looked at my account and saw everything was clear, and endorsed the check, all within about two minutes! Stay away from the Bayonet Point branch! They don't know what they are doing and about wore me out with two days of the rabbit trails and smoke and mirrors they threw out to keep from having to do what should have been a simple two minute endorsement!!!

I would like to thank the team at Bank of America at this branch. From what was very confusing and misinformation from the online and phone assistants and very discouraging experience to an amazing experience with the whole crew. Even though we were assisted by three gentleman here and all were amazing Elgin Diplan really took the time to make sure our questions and concerns were resolved.
