Jason was fantastic from the beginning! After another inspector did an inspection with incredibly high air quality report without explanation and then did not provide what I needed per NY State for an assessment for remediation only to disappear. Jason stepped in and gave me the best professionalism and expert service. Then to have my (VERY detailed) report come back well under the previous reporting of extremely bad air quality.

His attention to detail and explanation is beyond what I expected. He ensured everything was explained thoroughly and made sure I did not have any questions left. He gave me comfort knowing that I could trust him even just reading through his website with detailed explanations and sample reports. I would 10/10 recommend him to others! Thank you!

Jason at Bald Eagle Inspection Services was extremely detailed, helpful, and professional in his inspection. During the inspection he pointed my wife and I out to any glaring issues that popped up and explained the problem/problems and how they could be addressed. We received the inspection report within 24hours.

Although, I wasnt able to formally work with Jason due to last minute contract changes resulting in a location outside of his service area I am posting a review anyway because I was very impressed with Jason's prompt and thorough communications throughout the process, his generosity and flexibility in working with me when the last minute changes arose and the great moral character he showed in light of the situation. Due to Jason's multiple service abilities- which most inspectors do not offer, fair pricing and overall character in just being a good, ethical person I would recommend him for home inspection. I am bummed I didnt get to fully work with him as I was looking forward to it. Good luck to anyone purchasing a home, I guarantee you will be thoroughly pleased in working with Jason.
