Had an overall great experience here with my fiancé. Parking was a little confusing, but there is a lot right next to the place, where you can park anywhere.

Inside, prices were decent, would recommend paying by the game, since we did just 1 game in an hour.

The music was perfect, enjoyed what was being played inside. Would come here again.

Meh. Went on a Tuesday evening. It was very expensive for what it was, and what it was wasn’t great. It’s definitely cheaper to pay by the game than by the hour. Our lane had wet paper towels all over the approach, and under the ball return. Floor was sticky.

Food took nearly an hour, and was not great. Cheese fries are disgusting. Cheese is so cheap it doesn’t even melt. Chicken tenders are nothing but cheap, overcooked bread. Regular fries were really good with one meal, and overdone with the next. Fry seasoning was great. $50 for bar food for 3 people is outrageous.

Credit card machines preposterously suggest a 30% tip on top, down to 20% in the three options. 30% tips are for spectacular service at a fine dining restaurant, absolutely not for someone to deliver overdone fries on paper.

Staff was friendly enough, but not enough to make me spend another hundred bucks for 3 people to eat trash food and bowl for an hour.

Simple bowling alley to get your bowling fix. I jumped on their $38/mo unlimited bowling deal and have never had an issue getting lanes. Unfortunately, the deal is only M-F 11a-4:30p, so unless you have a non 9-5 job, it probably won't work for you. Lanes are kept in good shape, so far haven't had a lane break down on me. The center seems to still be going through changes, name changed from Jewel City Bowling to Back Alley Bowling. Overall I'm happy with this deal!

Had the worst bowling experience at this bowling alley. Took my mother out to celebrate her birthday along with friends at back alley bowling on February 2nd,2025 around 7:30pm. Upon arrival we purchased our lane and received our shoes and started bowling. We went to order food at the bar with the not so friendly which i didnt know at the time was the “manager” David. We all had separate food orders and paid separately. My whole party received cold food. My moms cheese dip was so cold the chips broke while trying to dip,My friend was served frozen uncooked chicken TWICE. The first time she was served her chicken she let the server Joel who was very friendly and accommodating know , he was very kind and apologetic and told her he would bring out another. When the second plate of food came she actually took a few bites and swallowed before noticing the middle of the chicken was ice cold and raw looking. We went to the bar to let David know that the food that was brought Again was served ice cold and raw twice, and this matter should be taken seriously since she had swallowed some of the uncooked chicken. David was very rude, unapologetic and very argumentative. He didnt seem to care that the chicken was RAW. David did comfirm that the chicken was frozen, but rudely told us what he couldn't refund us on. Im very saddened by this experience, and sorry i spent money at this establishment for my moms birthday to be ruined in this way. Definitely better bowling alleys with better customer service

Such a fun place to come with friends and family. Eat good food, bowl on good lanes, shot some pool, play some video games, have a drink. We got a Groupon and had a blast!
