I believe B Street LoHi is truly heading in the right direction. They have recently completed renovations to the common space and rooftop, which look fantastic. The addition of Deon and Ally to the property management team has made a significant difference. Both have been incredibly responsive and helpful—truly great! Additionally, the value of this area for the price is unbeatable. I've really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend!

Not a safe building.

We have lived here for 5 months and do not feel safe living here. Cars are regularly broken into, packages are stolen every week, and multiple people have gotten stuck in the only elevator to be rescued hours later by the fire department. There was an incident involving gunfire and an arrest shortly after we moved in to our new apartment.

Management has posted notices blaming the tenants for these issues. Communication is terrible and management is nearly impossible to get ahold of.

Tenants are tired of paying a premium to live in a nice neighborhood, only to be repeatedly targeted by criminals due to our management’s lack of care for our safety. Strangers continue to have access to the entire building through the front door and garage, nothing has been done to resolve these issues.

3 month update: the parking garage has been broken for nearly a month. The Management company has chosen to leave the garage open every day, leaving the garage accessible to the public. Our bike and other items have been stolen, and trash has filled the garage. I would not recommend that anyone live here.

I’ve been trying to find places to rent since recently moving here to Denver and Deon assisted me. I must say out of every property I’ve viewed, he was the best apartment manager I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never met anyone like him! Just because of him, i would be happy to live here because i know I’ll be taken care of. Thank you for making everything enjoyable! You’ll be seeing me again.

I have lived here a month now. I was nervous moving in due to the google reviews but since I’ve been here the elevator has been working. Only complaint was that my washer didn’t work when I moved in but Ray and Jacob came as soon as I let them know and fixed it quickly. Viven did a great job as well. Very understanding and easy to work with.

I went and took a tour over here at the apartments and it was awesome. It was very nice. The office lady that works in there Vivian. She was so helpful and she also brought a new property manager with her and her name was Dalia and we also toured together and she was nice and she was all, really concerning about the issues and everything the resident had they both good and they are very nice and if you live here, I can tell you that the office do care about the problems they care about changing and Vivian is the best ever

Deon gave me the best tour I’ve ever gotten at a property. He explained all the processes to me and how everything would work and was so friendly to interact with. someone being real and straight up with you is the best!!

I have been so disappointed with the Paskin group. I hate leaving reviews but felt this was necessary to be a good neighbor. There are so many complaints living at B Street in Denver, but I’ll only list the ones I have personal experiences with.

1. Move in process
- Absolutely nothing was mentioned that there was not a leasing office in the building and no information was communicated on where to park, what time to show up, or on how to get our keys to get into the building. We had to let a neighbor let us in, accidentally park in a neighbor’s spot, and repeatedly called management to give us our keys.

2. Injury with the broken elevator
- I injured my knee for a couple months this summer. The elevator was down, and I was stuck in my apartment for so long. Luckily I work remote, but I could not leave since I don’t live on the ground floor.

3. Stolen package
- I had a package stolen since security is lacking in the mail room. I checked 3 times the day it was delivered and still was not quick enough. Instead of Paskin increasing security, they placed the blame on the resident by telling us to pick up their packages more frequently. Also my roommate had a package stolen more recently.

4. Lied about safety
- I ran into a neighbor (see Sahill’s post below) the day his car got broken into. I asked management about what they were doing to prevent this from happening again, and they claimed that this event never happened.

Hopefully Paskin does better going forth. The new maintenance people are very nice and helpful, just sadly they have a lot on their plate.

**** 1/2/25 Update ****

Due to Paskin's negligence, security has still been an issue resulting in my bike being stolen. This is extremely upsetting, because Paskin has been aware of this security issue and has chosen not to resolve it in a timely manner.

I went and did a tour at this property today and it's beautiful. The floor plan matches the actual apartment. The amenities are nice. The maintenance tech Evan was very inspirational and funny. I look forward to moving in next month.
