They aren't a good company they gave me 2 cars the first one was a kia soul it was jerking then they gave me a jeep compass drove it home ran hot nd didn't crank anymore this Carlot isn't good I wouldn't recommend anyone there cars are flood cars

Terrible service. I put $1,000 down on a truck and drove from the dealership to my house where it dumped transmission fluid all over my driveway. I went back and asked if they could help me get into something else as this was undrivable. I was told someone would call me but they didn't so a week and a half later I took it back and dropped it off.(it never even left my driveway) I called them to let them know that I dropped it off. A week later they called me and said my truck was ready but nobody ever spoke with me about fixing it or anything so I had already gone to another dealership. Never got my money back and no manager ever called me. Absolutely horrible service.

Easy to buy a car, I give them that. However.... in one month we started having issues and now 9 months later we put 4,000 dollars into repairs and it still does not run. And the answer we get.... THE WIFE IS TO BLAME. SHE DROVE IT IN A FLOOD. WHAT? There were no floodsin Montgomery County this year. But they are correct... this car was in a flood. In Spring where it came from.

It was easy to get a vehicle i will give them that but I bought my car from them last year in March. I havent even gotten to the end of the contract and the car is done. They were very rude to me through the pandemic and threatened to repo my car. I have put so much money into this car. They promised ac but in 2 months the ac went out. The suspension went out then electrical problems with the car. There is an oil leak which explains why it has eaten oil like crazy. Within a couple of months of having the car the back tires were bald. Like slicks. Sensors have been out since I bought it and kbb says the car is barely worth 1200 6months after purchase at 6 grand. This car is and has been nothing but a problem. So here I am less that a year and a half later shopping for a new car. Just be careful and take what you test drive to get checked out before you sign. Learn from my mistakes

Horrible experience have gone through 2 trucks with them. Both having issues right from the start and Buckey didn't want to help one way or the other. Pretty much just screwed me. Buckey and the rest of the staff are a joke. Do not buy from them or recommend anyone unless you like throwing money away.

These people are crooked ! A friend of mine doesn’t even have a job and he only had to pay $1000 down for a newer model Chevy SUV but because I work for the Post Office they were trying to make me pay $2500 down for an older model car ! I was better off saying I didn’t have a job !

I have bought cars from B & M before but it had been a while. My car has had some issues and Buckey has worked on them and felt with them. He is a good guy. If you have an issue with a car that you just bought talk to him.
