I wanted to rent a car for a couple days to go to NC to meet up with family. Shannon was extremely helpful in getting us into the right suv to make the 10 hour drive more comfortable for a 1 year old and also talk to me about the best pricing per day for our rental. The little suv was excellent on gas and didn't give us any problems for the week we had it. It was super clean when I picked it up. Shannon went above and beyond to make my first time renting a car a great experience. I would definitely recommend B & D used cars. If I ever want to rent a car again in the future, I would not hesitate to call them.

Charged us a late fee even though the city didn't have lights because of the storm. Don't ever get a car from this place.

The process was easy and great until the return. The car has a half tank when I got it. I brought it back with a full tank. They charged me $25 for not washing the outside of the car but the inside had someone else's clothes and shoes in the trunk. There was papers with
personal information that had someone's address and other personal information under the driver's seat. You charge me $25 for the outside when the inside wasn't clean. I will only use again if nothing else is available.

You brace yourself before going anywhere to even look at a car, You Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with B&D! Shannon was super friendly and very helpful. To Shannon,Jerri, and Alexis thank you ladies so much! At least car buying doesn’t have to be stressful with y’all ❤️

Bad business . I called in asked bout their rental cars in need of a vehicle while mine was in the shop & the first question I asked was if they charge for mileage & of course they said no but when I go renew my contract paperwork all of a sudden I've went too far out my mileage & owe 685.00 !!!? It's ridiculous & a scam ain't no way a rental should even cost that much being they've made plenty in dang near the month I had the car . They will never get my business again . They're customer service rep also rude and one thing I hate is a bad attitude individual also trying to get over .

My name Latasha and I rented a car from these people and they are affordable but I will never rent from them again. They tried to tell me I didn’t vacuum the car out or wash it which I vacuumed it…. It was rented to me not washed or cleaned out. I will NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.. then they told me they charge $10 late fee for every hour which was not told to me the day I rented it
