This place is ridiculous. They wait until they took my tire off to tell me that I needed to have my ID to make A credit card payment. They have a sign inside the building that you can't see from the car. Then wanted to argue with and tell me that I should have my ID at all times. You have lost A customer. Go somewhere else and buy your tires these guys are obnoxious.

Put the signs where cxs can see, that's common sense.

Protect your customers, no one is arguing that. But there is a way you conduct business to keep down confusion with your consumers.
These type of request should be known prior to you removing someone tires.

No need to apologize for trying to protect your customers, that was not the issue. The issue is as stated above.

I came here today because I noticed my tire losing air rapidly while I was on shift. I pulled in to the lot and I was immediately greeted by a mechanic and directed to park under the car port. As soon as I parked a lovely woman came from inside of the shop and asked how they could help me today. I explained my situation and she said “no problem, we will take a look at it for you and see if we can fix it or if you need a new tire.” She then explained the prices of the different repairs (patch vs plug) and had a mechanic come out to help me. The mechanic was just as pleasant and told me I could stay in the car if I liked. The mechanic then took my tire off and began to rotate it in front of me and spray it down to see the bubbles come up where they may be holes. I had two LARGE nails in my tires. He made sure to show me the spots and the nails. This was very quickly fixed and I only ever had to get out of the car to pay and only because I had a credit card. I was in and out within 15 minutes. 5* customer service and repair. They are also fully bilingual so I was able to speak to them in Spanish and English which was great because English is my third language so sometimes I forget certain words. I can comfortably recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work guys, you guys are amazing and saved my work day!

These people are amazing, fast and reasonably and affordably priced ! They were able to fix my rim for half the cost and time that the other tire shops quoted me! they also recommended some used tires since mine were bad, I wasn't able to get them at this time but I absolutely will be back !! This is my new tire shop, I won't go anywhere else !

I’ve been here multiple times (I have bad luck with tires in general 🙄) and they are very reasonable in price, very fast and very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It's disappointing to see all these positive reviews knowing I didn't receive the same treatment. I patiently waited to be attended to after I spoke to someone to confirm that they would attend to me in a few. I understand how busy they get, but I waited for patiently over an hour, and no one ever assisted me. They were attending to every other customer coming in, but for some odd reason, I was sent to the back burner. Never again will I be returning. I've never had to wait over an hour at any shop—such a letdown.

Love this place! Humble, fast, reliable professional people! Swapped 2 tires under 5 minutes! If that's not quick, I don't know what quick means! One of the best I've done business with Houston, Texas! The best on the Eastside along Wallisville Road 4 a while now!
On the NorthEast, I have 2 other shops I get great service from since 16years ago Rivera's Tire Shop along Tidwell the main 1!
And If I'm not near home B & C Tire Shop along Wallisville Road by Dairy Queen is my next go 2 dependable tire shop of choice.
