I’ve used B&B glass twice in the past for small projects. Both times were excellent in store experiences. Based on previous experiences I decided to give them the opportunity to bid on my new master bath shower enclosure. They visited on May 28 to measure and said they would email a quote, nearly two weeks went by and no quote. I contacted them again reviewed what I wanted and again they promised a quote, again nothing was sent. I contacted them third they apologized and said they would have it to me that day and verified my email. Today, June 12th nearly a month after the first visit I still have not received an initial quote. I’m done, apparently they don’t need the business. I’m going to go with my GC original recommendation.

Very poor communication. You’re not called or updated on progress of work and they had multiple late arrivals. Had to call consistently to get updates on our window replacements in a home.

Rock shattered my back window. Insurance contacted and set appointment. I dropped car off to very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Repaired and tinted like other window was the same day. Great service.

Called 3 times in 7 days. Talked to 3 different ppl. Each time the price went up. 1st was 85 labor. 2 days later was 95 labor. After the weekend it was 120 labor. I added nothing but asked for same thing each time. How can this be possible? Smells fishy. Was gonna give them my business since they were recommended but they seem no better then Glassworks.
