This location might be the best example I've seen of both what's great and what's awful about Regus.

First, as is always the case ... ALWAYS ... the staff are friendly and professional. The WiFi is solid (although seriously throttled for upstream, which I've not seen at a Regus before), and the facilities are well laid out. The location, a block from the World Trade Center, 'is what it is'.

The security staff entering the building are difficult, although to the credit of the management company the pass you get issued is one of the best building passes I've ever seen. And IN this Regus? On the one hand, the front desk's systems work, which in my experience is the sign of a Regus location that's been up and running for a while AS a Regus. On the other hand, the common area is pretty old-school, and small, so it's confining and absolutely awful for getting work done unless you're alone.

Like I said: good and bad, all in one ...

Very, very badly. 2 bills with money they took me five times, four times with a fine. Not answer the question, just say it's all right. Its main function virtual mailbox does not operate.
