I posted the review below several years ago and stand by it still today. My husbands laptop was reset and I knew we needed Alex's help. I left a message and with in a few minutes Alex was calling. He spent time on the phone with us cleaning up the mess we made and helped install a new antivirus software as well.
He then cleaned my laptop form years of internet use.
I still highly recommend AZ Technologies to anyone in Lincolnton with a computer issue.

I am wary of taking my laptop and turning it over to just any person. Alex made me feel comfortable from the start. He took time to showed me what was happening, gave me his advice, and answered all my questions.
When I took my laptop to Alex, it was on its last leg. He upgraded and replaced my hard drive.
I still had a few questions, after I returned home, and Alex listened and had no problem showing me how to navigate through my questions.
I would recommend AZ Technologies to anyone in Lincolnton with a computer issue.

What a wonderful experience getting my computer fixed at AZ, and what a relief! I was so stressed out about finding the right company to fix my computer issues. I don't naturally trust people, especially if it's an area of expertise that I have no experience in. I cannot be more happy with the service that Alex provided.
