I have been using the team at Ayoub & Associates now for 5 years. When I first started with them I had two corporate returns and one personal that was being filed each year. I just wanted to take a moment and write a review for Ayoub & Associates for tax preparation services.

I have left many CPAs in a very short time simply because they could not deliver. Not on promise, not on numbers , not on service and especially not on cost. I took the Black Belt Investors Wholesaling Bootcamp and included in this package was a 1 time consultation with Ayoub & Associates. It was worth every minute as I do not have a simple tax & wealth strategy.
Joseph not only simplified the plan, but disclosed up front what all costs were going to be, and prepared all tax documents in a fraction of the time my previous CPAs have and for half the cost.
The biggest advantage was that Joseph recovered a healthy return when I was in the belief that I was going to have to pay out. It was actually a nice surprise for once.
Additionally, Joseph's communication was fantastic. He always responded within the hour compared to the other CPAs who took days, weeks and sometimes not at all to return calls.
I'm certainly on board for next year as well. Joseph not only understands real estate, but understands numbers. If you don't realize how important this is when trying to leverage money, then you must get educated. I won't have anyone else file my taxes ever again except for Ayoub & Associates.
