I recently visited AutoZone for a battery replacement, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Jojo and Christian. Their service was absolutely top-notch! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and eager to assist.

Jojo quickly tested my old battery and confirmed it needed replacement.
Christian explained the options available, helping me choose the best battery for my car. What impressed me most was their teamwork-while Jojo prepared the tools, Christian ensured everything was ready for a smooth installation.

The entire process was fast and efficient, yet they still took the time to double-check everything and ensure my car was running perfectly before I left. Both employees went above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy.

Great service at this store. The lady who helped me - might have been a manager - pulled up the exact bulbs for my SUV and replaced both brake lights and turn signals free of charge saving me a morning of screwing it up. I will definitely go back.

Tony Simmons was AMAZING! He went over and above helping me he went out to my car several times he carried in my battery etc he explained the parts the pricing and took a lot of time helping me. He was polite and he literally RAN around the store helping everyone. The best service I have received in recent memory. THANK YOU TONY! Please recognize his exemplary service.
