La verdad hoy 21 de febrero del 2025 exactamente alas 2 pm la muchacha de los envíos una educación bárbara filatica sería la palabra muy despota para atender ala jente que va a ser unos envíos uno se le pregunta algo educadamente pero con su filateria responde ojalá tomen cartas en el asunto con esta majadera

Creo que la señora que trabaja específicamente en el tema de envíos de dinero, necesita encontrar otro empleo, es absolutamente apática y tiene cero o nada de buen servicio al cliente. Hace esperar a la gente y literalmente se muestra Plácida y complacida cuando la gente prefiere irse que esperar a que ella le dé la gana de atenderlos. Que busque otro empleo si ya no se siente cómoda con el que tiene es mi recomendación para ella.

Este lugar no tiene respeto hacia la comunidad a la que le prestan el servicio. No cumplen con el horario de servicio que dicen tener y cierran más temprano. No es un secreto que en este país se vive una vida bien ocupada y el tiempo vale mucho para que ustedes le falten al respeto así a los clientes. Deberían ser más serios con el horario y prestar servicios eficientes y de buena calidad.
