Well, after all this horrible reviews, I had no option than calling myself to open an account, and to my surprise both ladies, one in Manhattan (Elizabeth Sandoval) and one in Spring Valley (Luisa) were great specially Mrs. Sandoval. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable took all my questions and answered in a very professional way. Gave me all the locations available in NYC and out of the city of NY. I live in Orange County and find one and Rockland County. Thank you so much Mrs. Sandoval and Luisa for your great service.

Zero levels of customer service! On the phone or in person. And when you call the other office they’re not aware of closing on Friday. Not even a voicemail to reflect changes.
