We hired them to check our home for mold, I had to call 2 times to even get an appointment. I was told a man would call me to give me a quote, he didn’t he just called to schedule a day to come out. I let him into my home, before he started I again asked about pricing the man said it would be around $700. It seemed high but I needed this checked so I was understanding, this was all on November 12. Fast forward to today Dec 11 they call to finally give my report and invoice and the lady says my total is over $1100, I was never once quoted that. I do not recommend them at all, as a business owner myself that’s not how you treat your customers, there is quite a difference in $700-$1100.

I was told the price to send my samples to get tested was $50. That’s what I agreed to in person. Over a week later I got a call that it actually costs $130, not the $50 I agreed upon and was told when I went into the office. They made a mistake, charged me over double for it, and did nothing to remediate. I only went with them cause another place charged $80 and I thought I was saving money. Save your money and time, go somewhere else

Not sure about Atoka...
They referred me to a con man for asbestos removal. 1st he quoted me $8K. When we didn't jump on the offer, he dropped it down to a lil over $1K! And he called and texted me for 2 weeks in an attempt to talk me into letting him do the deal!
Sounds fishy, right?
