We used AspenHR at my last employer and they were really great. The customer service team was so helpful and easy to work with and my Hr contact always supportive of my benefits and payroll inquiries. Now at my new firm we are on a different peo provider and it’s been terrible. I would highly recommend employers check out AspenHR.

Aspen HR was terrific when they first started. Now they don’t respond and we get audited on a monthly basis by several of the states that we work with due to incorrect reporting. Look elsewhere. We are at the current moment.
