I couldn't more highly review ATS! Dan and Greg are quick to respond, patient with even the most basic of questions, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They are great about providing recommendations without pushing their own agenda or just trying to make money- I feel they genuinely care for the well being of their customers and their business. Both guys are pleasant and professional, while still maintaining a friendly and personal relationship with each employee at our office. We had a less enjoyable situation with our previous IT firm (big company with lots of techs) and were worried that having less techs with ATS might be a problem, but they've proven time and time again to be reliable and responsive. I cannot stress how much working with ATS has improved our work environment- we're in good hands with them! SO highly recommend!!

Dan Brown and Asheville Technology Services definitely gets a 5 star review from me! After my long-time IT person moved away, I was skeptical I could find anyone as wonderful to work with. I was wrong. Dan Brown is awesome! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, personable, reliable and accessible. Highly recommend him and his company!

Our office called for a appointment March 27th, they were out of town until April 2. Never received a call back. Re-called last week in addition to emailing the business. To date, no response. They were fired before they were hired. If I treated my patients that way, I’d be out of practice. And for the gentleman that referred them to us, he’s a little embarrassed.

Typical of computer techies, lots of computer knowledge but no business sense or people skills.

I guess you have more business than you need. Touché to you!

Dan Brown knows more about computer technology than anyone I know. Not only that, but he has a wonderful way of teaching that helps even when he isn't there. I wouldn't call anyone other than Dan for any computer or technology issue!
