My experience with the ARTiculate team was incredibly valuable and enjoyable. Throughout my 6 sessions, I had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Courtney and Hilary, each of whom offered a unique perspective on my journey and met me where I was on that particular day.

The curriculum is bespoke, not cookie cutter. They used an archetype assessment and real, raw conversations to genuinely get to know me and help me address the obstacles I have been facing as a leader. With each session, I gained a better understanding of my own leadership style and presence, and I was afforded the opportunity to practice new tools throughout the sessions. These tools helped me refine my presence by working intentionally on my breath, body, voice, heart, and thoughtful messaging. After each meeting, they emailed me a summary of recommendations to help me practice between sessions. Robin also took the time to talk with me before and after the course to assess my experience and ensure my expectations were exceed—and they were.

I have been through several leadership courses over the past 20 years, and ARTiculate course is by far the most impactful course I have experienced. I highly recommend it for any leader who could benefit from a highly-trained external perspective on leadership style and presence.
