We brought Arrowhead Consulting in to do project management training for our entire engineering staff and I am very impressed with the results of even just a single day of training. One thing that sets their training apart from others is the way Kris keeps everyone engaged throughout the day. I received nothing but positive feedback I from every attendee whether they were brand new to project management or had several years of experience. I can tell that the training generated a lot of conversations around how we can improve our project management process and I am looking forward to more training opportunities with Arrowhead in the future. Kris, with Arrowhead, facilitated a leadership retreat for our company in April 2023. Prior to the retreat, Kris met with the leadership team to discuss content of the retreat and identify learning objectives. At the retreat he was very engaged with our team. He joined us for dinner the night before our session which helped connect him and our team. We spent the following full day with Kris facilitating various leadership and team principals. All learning objectives were collaborative, involved hands on activities and sparked conversation. I believe his approach allowed our team to remain engaged for an 8-hour day and actually learn with the ability to apply that knowledge within our leadership areas. Everything we covered was reinforced with printed learning materials which was helpful for those who learn best through a read/write learning style. Since the retreat, Kris follow up has been at the appropriate level. He has checked back in and offered further support but he’s not overbearing or trying to “sell” something else. We’ve had a very positive experience with Kris and Arrowhead. He and the organization have been one of the best consulting partners we have engaged. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a facilitator to join my team's retreat. I wanted someone to help us set the foundation for a high performing team and also get us started on strategic planning and taking a look at our processes. Kris did not disappoint! He was absolutely wonderful. The session was a little over a half day and featured team building activities, tenets of what makes a high performing team and actions that we the team needed to continue as well as next steps. We covered trust, conflict, communication, commitment, collaboration, accountability and results. It was exactly what we needed! I highly, highly recommend.
