Very unprofessional and passive aggressive behavior making fun of my Scottish accent.

I asked for the behavior to stop. I asked to start over.

Behavior escalated and I will.not be using this service for my business. I just happen to be the owner of my company.

I was out of state on a family RV trip when I was notified that I was offered a job and only had 48 hours to complete a pre-employment drug test in order to continue moving forward with the job. Because I was out of state I didn’t have all of my normal documentation with me. I was worried that I wouldn’t find a drug test facility in time that could accommodate me. Luckily I found Arlan’s. Heidi was incredibly helpful! She was able to assist me with the documentation I provided. Heidi was kind, professional and knowledgeable. The process was seamless and easy. I was able to complete my drug test all while my family waited in the RV in the parking lot. Thank you Heidi.

Arlan is a very corrupt individual with questionable qualities displayed such as corruption, disrespect and dishonesty. I would NEVER trust someone who harasses disabled veterans.

Not a good experience as far as hospitality goes . The lady that runs the drug testing center seems to be short tempered and wasn’t very nice.

Rude and unprofessional. Internet hardly works so they can't scan a q passport. Then the results don't get reported to your testing company. Have used them for yrs but I will no longer use them for myself or my drivers

Both staff members I encountered were friendly and willing to help, but one of the employees had brought in her kids and she was running up and down the hall screaming more or less the entire time I was there and everybody seemed ok with it. Not very professional.
