Got my taxes done a couple of times by Ariva, but this year they DO not answer the phone and take weeks to answer an email, if you even get a reaponse.Just file on Credit Karma it's simple and free.

The tax preparer are good , the manager is rude and disrespectful! She has been there to long. Time to transfer her and place someone else there. She is racist against african american. We dont need that in the bronx.

Went to do my taxes since this place open every year all Spanish this place definitely discriminate against African American the lady scream at me pointing her fingers then two other people came ask questions repeating targeted me for argument then I call them out on their service after waiting a hour they refuse to do my taxes this place is in professional and racist geared for Hispanic community
