My organization uses Apex for our technological support. Their staff are very well trained - knowledgeable and friendly. I have had to submit at least two dozen support tickets to access new software or get my new laptop set up. They have yet to disappoint me. My co-workers and I can't recommend them enough.

Apex has serviced the business I work for for as long as I've worked here (going on 10 years). They've always been quick to respond to problems that we have to get them resolved, and even are the first to call us when we lose power/internet and our server is down to make sure we can still function. Or to lest us know what's going on so we're aware. They've recently helped us set up all new computers for our office with dual screens, and a new server. They did so in a timely manner that didn't have our office out of commission for long so we were able to serve our clients without delay. Tom and his team are always ready to help and that to me is always the key to great customer service.

Our office has used Apex Technologies for all IT concerns for well over ten years. They have always provided excellent service and we have recommended them to many other local businesses. Several weeks ago our wireless controller crashed and our entire practice was upended. Kyle from Apex went above and beyond the call of duty to get us up and running again.
