I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! They asked me to send my documents, took 50 $ and send it back saying they did want to do my transcript evaluation ! I am very dissapointent how unprofessional this agency is and I feel treated unfair that they charged me 50 dollars for nothing.

They ask you to leave your documents at the door in a dirty box. Yes! Your original documents are out in the open. They get angry when you ask for explanations, but they don't take into account the expense of bringing your documents from other countries.

One thing I will not tolerate is disrespect. I wish I had the names of the two people who work in this office. They are very rude and talk to you like you are stupid. They hold my document and never mail it back, knowing after a certain time the records cannot be evaluated and they should send it back. Instead, they want you to send a money order to get your own document back, or they keep it. This is the worst place my school chose for evaluation. I am not pleased with the services that they offer. Where is this extra $20 going? This place is low-class, and they don’t know what they are doing.

I did my evaluation with them and my wife did hers as well they have great professional approach to things gave answers to all my questions were done with the evaluations in two weeks I highly recommend them to everyone

I reached out to the AERC because they were one of very few companies accredited by the CTC to conduct transcript evaluation. The customer service rep, May, was very kind and helpful with the logistics. However, I was dissatisfied that at first the company sent me back documents with incorrect names of my degree and the country where I earned it. (The translations, signed off by AERC’s Director, pertained to my diploma, which was in Latin, but I had initially shared with AERC documents that clearly showed the correct names). If you are in a time crunch, such basic errors could limit your college enrollment/ job application options, as registrar/ HR departments need to have all the i’s dotted and all the t’s crossed and deadlines need to be met. I am glad to have the corrected versions now, but it should not have taken two tries.

Any person who says this evaluation company did a good job is either very lucky or lying. They are completely useless and kept telling me my bachelor degree is not US equivalent (that was already evaluated and found equivalent by WES). I told them- I need to get my master degree evaluated, not the bachelor one.
Finally asked for a refund and sent to A2Z- both bachelor and master degrees are equivalent to US degrees. Lesson learnt- don’t waste your time and money. If most reviews say it is bad- “IT IS BAD”

Beware of Unprofessional and Deceptive Services at AERC Document Evaluation!
I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the abysmal services provided by AERC Document Evaluation. After sending my associate and bachelor degree for general evaluation, I patiently waited for three long weeks, only to receive absolutely no response from this company. This blatant lack of professionalism and ignorance towards the international education system and credit evaluation is beyond unacceptable.
From the very beginning, it was evident that the staff at AERC had no grasp of the complexities of the international education system. Their incompetence was further highlighted by their inability to process my evaluation in a timely manner, despite being well aware of the time-sensitive nature of such evaluations for individuals like me who rely on their services to progress in their educational or professional endeavors.
To add insult to injury, AERC shamelessly exhibited their money-driven motives, demonstrating a complete disregard for the financial and time investments made by their clients. Their promise of speeding up the evaluation process in exchange for an extra fee turned out to be nothing but a misleading ploy, as they failed to deliver on their commitment, leaving me in utter frustration and disillusionment.
I must caution anyone considering availing themselves of AERC Document Evaluation's services to think twice before wasting their hard-earned money and valuable time. This company's exploitative tactics and deceptive practices showcase a complete lack of integrity and a blatant disregard for their clients' needs and concerns.
In conclusion, my experience with AERC Document Evaluation has been nothing short of a nightmarish ordeal. Their unprofessionalism, ignorance of international education systems, and insensitivity towards their clients' time and money have left me deeply dissatisfied. I implore prospective customers to steer clear of this money-hungry and dishonest establishment and seek out reputable and reliable document evaluation services that truly prioritize their clients' needs and provide the promised quality of service.
