Extremely predatory business practices. Avoid at all costs.
ABS Business Systems insists on doing business only "face to face," even after we explicitly stated in writing and over the phone that they were not to show up uninvited. Despite our objections, they interrupted our operations.

They are now billing us for a firewall we never agreed to, claiming it was under a different company name, ComSys. Over the phone, they deny any connection to ComSys, yet in person, they admit it is the same company. When we asked for proof of who authorized this equipment, they vaguely claimed it was "agreed to 3 years ago" but refused to provide any names or documentation. Their response? "We don't provide that information to customers." Excuse me—what?

We refuse to accept this behavior and are ready to fight back. It’s clear they rely on taking advantage of unsuspecting businesses, but they’ve met their match here. We strongly caution anyone from engaging with ABS Business Systems or ComSys. These practices are unacceptable and untrustworthy.

I have been working with American Business Solutions (ABS) for over 20 years and with 3 different legal companies. Because of their great service, they have followed me wherever I go. ABS has serviced all our copiers/printers/scanners for my current company for 15 years and continues to provide excellent service for our firm. They provide great same day service and repairs. On occasion, they have been proactive and replaced equipment with their temp equipment while they service our damaged ones. I highly recommend ABS for leasing and services for all office equipment.
