Jamie Ambrose helped me sell my condo and buy a triplex where I live in one unit and rent out the others. He was super helpful throughout the whole process. I ended up getting more than I expected for the sale price, which was a huge win.

One thing I really appreciated was how Jamie asked great questions that helped me clarify my own goals. He always had solutions when issues popped up or at least pointed me in the right direction. He went above and beyond, not just when selling my condo but also when helping me find the right new place.

Jamie is awesome with communication. He would call me at least once a week to keep me in the loop and made sure I knew what to do to keep things running smoothly. I had my own lender, and while they were challenging at times—mostly because they wouldn’t communicate important stuff—Jamie was super patient and managed to get things coordinated when I couldn’t.

Jamie was also very considerate. He knew I work during the week, so he would schedule house viewings for the weekends. He even asked when I took breaks and lunch so he could give me updates at convenient times. He offered to help me move, which was a thoughtful gesture. Even now, a year after purchasing the triplex, he still checks in every so often to see how things are going and if I need any help.
