The receptionist Susan is just horrible no communication skills, customer service skills or not even just plain listening. She repeats herself over and over. Does not let you get a word in. Instead of listening to you she is more interested in what she is going to say. All this and I haven't moved in yet now not sure if I will at all. She backtracks everything she says. They are asking for six times the rent if you are a couple discrimination.

What a great place to live!! Ms. Bruton is an excellent landlord and always handles maintenance issues before I even know there are any. She is very conscientious about her buildings and tenants. Her only requirement is that the tenants fulfill their responsibilities clearly stated in their lease to help make this place a safe home.
Cannot imagine anyone looking anywhere else!!

We have been here for over a year and we love it! The office personnel and landlord are amazing. Anytime we have an issue arise they take care of it immediately, as well as they always work with you if something comes up. I would definitely recommend leasing with them, they are amazing and both are super sweet!

I would like to say that Amber management family lodging is very nice and extremely comfortable. Less than 1 mile from Fort Bragg very very accessible for veterans contractors and active-duty Military. Susan and Sandra are very very professional and extremely tenant friendly.. Landscape well-maintained and safe environment.

The management team is extremely unprofessional. I had a problem with my electric bill. My bill went from $125 in November to $212 in December and currently I’m at $316. The landlord refuse to have my system checked out! And did not like the fact I continue to question the problem with my electric bill. Because at Crabapple Cir there is only a 3 month lease the landlord is now asking me to leave. All my bills were up to date till the last electric bill. Prior to things getting out of hand I respectfully continued to ask Sandra Bruton which is the landlord to either call the energy company or to have a proper electrician come over because my bill continue to just increase for no reason. Because I was not satisfied with the responses she was giving me , Sandra than asked me to move because “ she claimed I was not happy”. Fast forward a week later my whole a/c system was frozen inside. And now the technicians are replacing the whole system. This MANAGEMENT does not care about the tenets. RENT IS VERY CHEAP BUT YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE!

There's two ladies that operate out of this location. There's one that's foreign maybe Spanish. She's really nice helpful and does anything in her power to fulfill tenants needs. No as far as Sandra I believe her name is, the older Caucasian lady that runs the office is conniving, and looks for ways to get over on her tenants.. long story short we turned in the keys prior to our original move out date and explain to her we will pay for the apartment all the way up until the end of our two weeks notice even though we don't live here anymore. She disregarded that statement and goes on and tell me ,that I need to come over to our office to pay the remaining prorated rent and that I don't have enough money in the deposit to leave the apartment, so I would need to pay the prorated rent in order to close out the lease..what little did she know is that I own two properties in another state and I'm very familiar with the tenant landlord act. She threatened my household to call the cops about my children being loud in the smell of pot wreaking that she couldn't identify where it was coming from..so she has $675 of our money from the deposit. when all I asked her to do was to use that $675 that's remaining in her possession for the last bit of expenses that took out. We moved out a week and a half prior to the original moving date and was willing to pay for those days we weren't there.and just wanted her to use the 675 to pay for the proration pay the remaining electric bill and the cleaning fees and whatever else she wanted to take out a deposit for that apartment. But she's very ous an old grump thy.. we

This property is awesome,, I lived on this property for about 7 months management stays on point with all issues related to the property. It’s always clean, the property manager is a sweetheart I recommend it 100%
