I would like to express my deep appreciation to the Alto Credit team, Randy, Erica, and especially Amus, who have been incredibly diligent in monitoring and contacting me regarding my case. Amus took the time to explain everything to me in detail on several occasions, and ultimately, he helped me open credit cards that I had previously applied for but had been rejected.
At various points throughout the process—whether at the beginning, middle, or even near the end—I felt frustrated, as I wasn’t seeing the results I had hoped for. It had been over a year, and I was upset about being charged without any visible progress. At one point, I even believed this was a fraudulent company and filed a complaint with the BBB, something I had never done before. I now deeply regret that action.
The Alto Credit team did an incredible job. My credit score has improved dramatically, and it continues to get better. In hindsight, the cost and time they spent working with me were more than worth it compared to the results I’ve achieved.
