Late multiple mornings a week or just don't bother turning up at all. Leaving alot us very late for work as no alternative bus. Far too regular an occurrence recently! Luckily I have a very understanding boss! Drivers drive like lunatics, had many a near miss!

Appalling condition of c1 bus. Swimming in dirty water and absolutely stinks, so bad a child vomited. Over the weekend nothing has been done to rectify this either as this morning it's still the same. Shame on you Als coaches!. Surely not acceptable to be transporting to/from Calday school. Our children deserve to be safe and clean!

Disgraceful episode of Road Rage encountered from a Happy Als driver today at 3.30pm on Grammar School Lane.
Sounding your horn like a lunatic at me, sitting on my bumper and gesticulating at me like a mad man because I couldn't safely stop on the hill and let you pull out, is not only uncalled for, its completely unacceptable & disgraceful with kids on board.

The UK’s Highway Code Rule 155 advises drivers to yield to vehicles ascending a hill when feasible. This is because a vehicle moving uphill may find it harder to regain momentum if forced to stop, increasing the risk of accidents. The fact that your driver is not conscious of that is alarming & I highly doubt I would have been subjected to the behaviour your driver displayed today had I been a man in a car, as oppose to a woman.

Clearly from other testimonials on here I am not the only reviewer to have witnessed Temper Tantrums from your drivers - perhaps its time to organise some company wide Anger Management before someone gets hurt because your drivers cant control themselves like the professionals they are supposed to be.

Mon 16th Sept 11.30 bus Chester - West Kirby requested closest stop to Halliwell Jones. Before or after asked requested before ! Dropped two stops prior.
Fri 20th Sept same Bus waited until nearer to ring bell and got taken to far side of Two Mills. Ignoramous and no credit to Als business.

Just made a enquiry with this company regarding one of it's coaches which was driving through Barrowford yesterday morning in disgraceful manor.
The lady on the phone was very rude and totally not interested in the incident that acured.

This is a very disgusting bus. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a decade or even more . This bus also has a not very pleasant smell. I wish I had my normal bus to come and pick me up from school but no this bus has been coming every morning this week. I have read others reviews about this and they aren’t very good. One more thing is the seats are horrible,horrendous,very disgusting and very uncomfortable. Thank you for reading my review I don’t mean to bring any offence this is just my honest opinion. Thank you. I’m sorry but one more thing to add is this bus is also falling apart I do not feel very safe on this bus and hope you do something about it.⭐️

Great service yesterday from start to finish. Coach driver was pleasant and patient and I was able to communicate with him through the day regarding pick up times. Coach was clean and comfy with storage available. Highly recommended.

Went on an ALFA holiday to Torquay and they sub -contracted Als coach.....lovely polite driver Dave...( nothing was too much trouble, and a credit to the company ) coach was clean and tidy..
