Management is poor on following up on pending applications, negligence on behalf of page or who ever is in charge of reviewing and completing applications. I have 76 year old in-laws that needed a home immediately due to safety concerns, they had there current home broken into while sleeping and multiple break ins into there property. Almond blossom and the staff new this and still did not reach out about my application needing steps to be approved. They don’t care about the elderly or peoples safety. I would definitely not recommend them or there properties.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Page at the front desk is always smiling and ready to answer any questions we have. Been renting from this company for 2 years now and it has been simple and easy.

Manager or management is slow poor understanding they don't explain well if your rights, young lady in there is or, its was kind of racist
