This place absolutely sucks! They are rude, unprofessional and never can seem to find a job. They offer low balling jobs but post jobs paying $16-$18/hr. They claim they submit your resume to the clients but don’t get a response from their clients. So like why are yall in business with them? And they never update you or do weekly check ins. You call they don’t answer. All the other good reviews must be paid or friends because this place is horrible!

Horrible! This company should be going out of business soon! They don’t pick up the phone, respond to emails or follow up with their clients. The so called “job leads” they have sucks and they claim to submit your resume and you never get a follow up. Very Unprofessional. You’ll be better off going to NC Works.

Terrible!! They didn't respond to emails I sent and called me 15 minutes prior an appointment. Yet couldn't respond before Unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't waste your time or gas driving there. They'll post jobs making $16-$18 but then try to send you to a job making $12 & You have credentials for a lot more . Good bye!!

Had some trouble getting to an interview, and Rebecca (the manager) caught an attitude while supposedly trying to help me get there. At least I tried to make it there instead of just saying forget it! Mind you, the gps doesn’t take you exactly where you need to be at this particular job. I even asked to reschedule before the situation escalated! I asked for corporate’s number, to which she refused to give it to me and suggested I leave a number so that they’d call me. I’m pretty sure I didn’t speak to corporate because of how fast I received a callback. This business is just shady and I wouldn’t recommend working with them! I’m definitely going to search for corporate’s actual number because this is just unacceptable..

I thought this place was going to be like the rest of the temp agencies but I was wrong a great place to go if you need help finding a job and I personally recommend work with Stacy, she is really kind and caring and a really sweet lady and she dont play around with getting you placed in a job. If things seem to move to slow for her and you she will keep posting your Resume to other jobs until someone else wants to interview you.. overall she is the best temp agent I have ever worked with

Most annoying thing about working for them is that they don’t do direct deposit. You have to pick up a physical check from their office every Friday. So if you had to go out of town on a Friday (which I did) you were screwed and couldn’t get your check until the following week. So ridiculous. Never had an issue with anyone in the office. They’re ok.

I've worked through this agency for a long time. This agency works very hard to find jobs that fit every type of schedule. I'm a college student and they have still managed to find a job that fits my busy school schedule! If you're an honest hard worker they will be able to find a job for you!
