When researching business valuation firms in the Northwest Arkansas area, it appeared to me that Allan and Taylor was the premiere firm. All of the contact that I had during the business valuation process was professional and timely.
Chris Taylor and his wife Barbara always responded to emails and phone calls immediately. They were able to meet me "on my level". It was apparent that they have done this professionally for some time and had insights that come with time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They are the epitome of unprofessionalism in the business broker industry. Not only did they fall short of providing any real value, but they also seem to take advantage of unsuspecting businesses trying to sell. Their tactics are underhanded and their approach is far from transparent. Companies looking to ensure a smooth sale process, be wary - this broker is not your friend. Steer clear and save yourself the headache.

The owner tried to literally shake my pockets for a tip after I went in, presented my business, and then told him he was not a good fit and tried to leave, and then he got mad at my baby I brought with me for "not helping the situation." Absolutely bizarre and mismanaged to an extreme degree. There are plenty of good brokers to sell your business. BEWARE. This guy is a fraud.

After 25 years of building a business, you don't trust just anyone to market and sell your business. I was fortunate to meet Barbara & Chris 7 years before I was ready to sell Best Sign Group. I spent time with Barbara monthly listening to her thoughts, insights and ideas that could help move my company towards being a sellable company: Not just sellable, but a highly sought-after company. Barbara created a 30-item strategic checklist reviewing every aspect of my company looking through the lens of a buyer -- not myself, as the seller, who might be a bit biased. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the onset, the communication was poor; emails went unanswered for days, and I was constantly left in the dark regarding the status of my business sale. When we finally did make contact, the broker seemed disinterested and uninformed about my specific industry and needs.
