The staff there is wonderful. They are very patient and polite. I moved to South Carolina 8 years ago. Melissa made us feel like family....I've used them ever since.

She seems to have a large volume of business, but if you're one that falls through the cracks, it's not a good experience. There is no accountability or communications at all, despite repeated requests.
Even after they acknowledged the error, delay and communications problems, they allowed it happen again. I finally had to go get my docs and hire a new accountant to get my taxes done for last year.
