This was my first year of working with Alison and although it was stressful for me trying to gather all required documents and upload them Alison did a good job of giving clear instructions. Her method of contact through Tax Dome chats worked really well, avoiding playing phone tag. My return was completed quickly considering a couple of my 1099's were late arriving .
