As a former employee I can tell you that any company that needs equipment tracking needs to get on the phone with ToolWatch. I'm still attached to this company because the owners and staff are fantastic and know this industry better than anyone. This is a company that provides insane value and specialized support. I'm not just blowing smoke, here - I don't work for them anymore! I haven't for more than 12 years. This is NOT a paid advertisement. Get on the phone with them and you'll be glad you did. From the perspective of an ex-insider, this is a company that is committed to solving problems and they do it better than anyone else in the field. (you should see their war room - they're @#$ crazy about making the best solutions available. they're mental). And I know this because I keep in touch with them and have done work for some of their customers. Anyway, I thought I'd write a review from a different perspective. Worked for them for 8 years - went a different direction - and still see the evolution and adaptability that makes them a unique and worthwhile solution.
