Ali is an AMAZING real estate agent. I had been in contact with Ali for months before actually pulling the trigger to sell my home. He was never pushy to start the process. Once we were ready he was full speed ahead to get us on track to get our property sold and ALWAYS kept our best interest in mind. Between hundreds of calls, texts, and questions Ali kindly and patiently answered EVERY single one and never made me feel dumb, even if I forgot something asked the same question twice. Ali gave us guidance to make our house seller ready and gave us a resource to have incredible professional photographs of our home. They were stunning! Our home sold after the first weekend of viewings and above asking price!

That’s just the selling half of it. When it came to helping us buy a home Ali was incredibly patient and persistent. We aggressively hunted for 4 weeks seeing homes back to back to back. Getting bids rejected left and right. We got discouraged, but he didn’t and kept us going strong. We finally found our perfect home and jumped on it. We ended up buying a home in a new build community, which Ali suggested early on and we originally rejected the idea of it. So he was right all along and never said, ‘I told you so’. LOL!

Home selling and buying is stressful, especially if doing both at the same time like us, but Ali made the process go as smoothly as possible and made it fun along the way! I honestly can’t say enough great things about him! He’s kind, patient, caring, aggressive in the market, and above all else is only happy if his client is happy. He’s a sweetheart and a beast at the same time while being incredibly talented in his field. He CARES about us and helped us achieve our goals. Thanks Ali!!!

As first time home buyers it was incredibly intimidating navigating through the process. Ali was with us every step of the way guiding us through what things to look out for and what steps we needed to take. He learned more about our preferences as we viewed homes (20+ in all) and kept providing better and better listings for us to view. He was also flexible in his schedule to take us to homes, as we would sometimes need to go late evenings on weekdays.

He was very helpful is doing thorough pricing analyses for both properties. He was vocal about the dynamics of the real estate market at the time. When it came to selling my house, I was really stressed and anxious because I knew how time consuming and difficult the process could be. I was wrong. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about him. If you need a realtor to help sell your home or help find you the perfect one, Ali is the way to go!
