While I was dealing with health issues my husband attempted to get our tax bills caught up and trusted them to help him in his efforts. They continuously requested more money, over $1000 from my husband, which was paid. After almost 6 months, NOTHING was completed or filed and only after finding a new accountant did we realize just how little, if anything, was done by this group. Very disappointed in how they took advantage of my husbands inexperience with taxes and took our money and provided little to no services.

Mrs. Alice is very professional and knowledgeable. She amended 2years of tax returns for us and found errors that ultimately reduced our tax liability plus we received a large refund on one of the years! With all the tax law changes, we decided to go back to her this year for our 2020 taxes. My husband and I are very pleased with her services and will not try to do our own taxes ever again.
