I’ve been going here a long time, everyone is always friendly, and easy to talk to. It’s always a pleasant experience. The wait time is reasonable. I love Ms. Linsey, she takes her time with me, and listens to all my gripes lol . A great place to go when you need it.

I always have a pleasant experience.Front desk people are very friendly. Lab, Techs, Nurse Practitioners and Drs are all compassionate, helpful and listen carefully to any questions and concerns. Dr Royer and Lindsey are THE BEST!! I highly recommend to anyone that needs help getting their pain under control to visit them.

Doc Lindsey has such a positive outlook! She explains things until you get it, spends time listening, and did what I needed. I’m thankful. It's amazing the difference two weeks can make. Y'all didn't leave me time to crochet! Speaking of...have you seen my crochet project? I seem to have misplaced it.

Been coming to this location for several months now. The nurses are very through with the work ups. And both the doctors and the nurse practioners have done a very good job. I've had no problems. And they have certainly got my pain level better under control. Everyone seems very well trained and very caring.

The online check in really sped everything up. The staff was on the ball about getting the job done, but most importantly, they didn't lose sight of me as a patient. Lindsay was the best. She address previous concerns and then moved into my present and future concerns. I couldn't have asked for better care!

Getting older or having injuries that don't heal has been very difficult. I'm so very grateful for the kindness and understanding of care our family has received from your facility. Your care and support for one another is evident by the respect and lighthearted joy that is present in the clinic. There's such a stigma attached to receiving assistance with pain for WHATEVER reason that it makes seeking help so difficult. Thank you ALL for teaming to give our community a safe and respectful place to address such things when they become NECESSARY. Please continue with your multifaceted ways to make living with pain more tolerable.

I tried the patient portal only once, 2 years ago. One of the thousands of workers who had access to the info decided to open a credit card in my name, proceeded to max it out, the day she got it. After $17000.00 ,and MONTHS of mental hell, I finally got it cleared up. In no way am I suggesting that your practice is going to do that, but all of the others who see this info, I do not trust. I understand that there are billions of ways for the sleeze balls out there to get my info, but, why should I make it easier for them ?
Your practice is really needed for thousands of patients such as myself. ALL of the employees are very professional, kind and understanding. They genuinely seem to be concerned about their patients health.
I appreciate all of them, very much. I hope I am not putting more work on any of them by opting out of the new systems, but once bitten makes me tend to stay clear of animals with lots of big teeth.
