Wow! I am blown away by the level of service received from Real Estate Agent Jeannie Reynolds. When I told her that my wife of 40 years was in hospice care, she went into high gear. She assessed the value of our beach condominium and we agreed on the selling price in short order. Before I knew it she presented a full price offer to me and I accepted. In the due diligence she successfully negotiated a settlement for a few maintenance items that were found during inspection. She took care of getting the owners closet opened since I could not locate a key for it. She also returned a cable modem to Spectrum for me. Then she successfully had a couple of issues with the settlement statement corrected so that I could sign it. In the middle of this, both my wife and Jeannie’s mother passed away. They was no negative impact to the level of service I enjoyed while working with Jeannie. This has been the most painless closing I have participated in.
I do not hesitate in giving Jeannie my highest recommendation. I look forward to working with her again.

We first worked with Jeannie as a rental agent for our vacation rental properties, and she helped keep our properties clean and booked for the rental season. I recommend Alicia 100%. Extremely professional, experienced in the area and the market, and above all a superb human being.
