I was first introduced to Todd about a year ago. I was referred to him by another agent. When he first called I thought, “What is this guy trying to sell me on?” If you are an agent, like me, you probably get tons of emails, texts and phone calls almost daily with someone trying to sell us on their services. I happened to be at a quiet open house when he called. The conversation started flowing and before I knew it, we had been talking for an hour and he had never once tried to “sell” me.
