I have worked with Aerotek Syracuse for almost a year now. I had a couple of different assignments and was happy with both of them. The staff there worked with me to find a job that was suited to my talent and did it quickly. I can't say enough about how much my account manager- Demetrius Vangelov has helped me in the past year. He always responded quickly to calls, emails, texts. He followed up to make sure that I was happy with my assignments. He worked hard to resolve any issues that arose.

I'm glad I went through Aerotek to find my current job. I called and spoke directly with a representative. There was no automated directory or recording. The very next day, they interviewed me, and the day after that I was offered a job. I may have gotten lucky, but I was hired that same day, and I started work the week after.

I had tried going through CPS Professionals, previously, and my experience was the exact opposite. I had to call numerous times and beg for an interview. When they finally interviewed me, despite my many attempts to contact them, I never heard from them again.
