I worked with Addition Management as a candidate for my most recent full-time job placement after 3 months of only having part-time work. I applied to one of their listings on LinkedIn and within three days I had a screening call with Karen. I felt extremely comfortable talking with Karen, and felt that she was asking great questions in order to get to know me and my experience. They were patient on arranging an interview for me with the company, knowing that I was on vacation at the time, and called me again on the day they knew I was traveling home to make sure they could schedule an interview for me as soon as I returned. From there on I worked with Jennifer, who was also incredibly communicative and understanding. On the day that I was offered the job, I spoke with Jennifer on the phone no less than three times.
