I've done My Taxes Here for Years: Comforting, Easy to Talk To, and Family-Orientated

When it comes to completing a tax return, the process can be painful, time-consuming, and intimidating. However, with Adam at my side, I’ve been able to make taxes an easy and stress-free experience. Adam has been my tax preparer for years and I have complete trust in his knowledge and expertise. He takes the time to address any questions or concerns I might have and his family-orientated mentality makes it easy to talk to him.

He also makes use of an online portal, which simplifies the process by allowing us to easily access my records from any device with internet connection. Since this portal is password-protected, I can rest assured that my information is kept secure and confidential.

For anyone who’s out there searching for a legit accountant, Adam’s your guy! He’s knowledgeable~ always having the latest information to ensure you’re good to go every tax season. I’ve used other accountants and companies, it’s just not the same. There is no worry with Adam. Do I pay more for his services? Yes. HOWEVER, the cost is well worth the peace of mind. He also offers fun ways to get discounts, which always helps!!!!!!

We have been going to Adam for a few years now, and he always does an incredible job. He’s always happy to help explain the complexities of our taxes, and give suggestions on how we can prepare to save more for the following year. He’s a true expert in the field and knows what he’s doing. He’ll save you a ton of money while still being 100% legitimate and without doing anything sneaky that will get you audited. On top of his tax expertise, he’s also mastered the art of being both professional, and friendly - my appointments with him are always to-the-point, but with a friendly/familiar feeling, which makes the experience better than what you’d expect taxes to be. High recommendations.

I was very enthusiastic about working with Adam initially. I saw wonderful reviews online and he was recommended by a friend. When I spoke to him, he was kind and confident that he could help me save money on taxes.

I can't, however, think of another professional I've dealt with who has been less responsible in completing promised work. We had an extension on our taxes for last year and were filing at the last possible deadline. I paid him to file our taxes in October. After submitting payment, I had to ask numerous times to see a return. I felt like I had to plead to get the work completed. Once the return was prepared, we signed it and returned it for filing. I have been emailing and calling Adam's office ever since--it was not filed. It's been months, and he hasn't bothered to return a call or an email. At this point, I feel disrespected and angry. I just want our money refunded so we can hire an accountant who might complete the promised work.

Knowing that our taxes aren't filed and our accountant cannot be relied on has caused a massive amount of anxiety that I wouldn't wish on anyone else. I do not recommend this business at all.

Adam is excellent , quick service and also discusses how to save on taxes.I'm self employed with more complicated tax reporting and yet still got my taxes done within 1 week ! Definitely will keep going back to him for taxes for years to come
