It’s said integrity is what you do when no one is looking. Well, by that definition I’d say that does not describe Kevin. Maybe if he knows that ANYONE has the opportunity to give others a glimpse into those times, he will change and treat at least more people with common decency and respect. Couldn’t reach me soon enough and often enough when he thought I might be a great prospect for him, but once he found out for a reason unknown to me I wasn’t a great candidate in his mind, he cancelled one meeting late the night before that because of logistics and location I had to block 5 hours off for, with a few hours notice. He asked for a different day, again I’m planning on a 5 hour chunk or more of my time, and that meeting he cancelled AFTER the time we had set up to be meeting. No apology - just “it’s not going to work to meet at that time frame” . I guess taking 20 seconds to send a text was too much of his time to save me my five hour block plus the previous five hours, plus the in between time wondering if we were on or not. After that? then, crickets, ghosting. How hard is it to say, it’s not going to work for me / my business? That’s what I consider the humanly decent thing to do after YOU repeatedly asked for meetings, gave me specifics of how you wanted to work together, made specific plans to move forward with specific goals and initial plans in place and called at times I said I wasn’t available wanting to talk because you were “so excited to chat” Treat people with BASIC decency and respect Kevin. Whether they’re “useful” to your business goals or not. Everyone deserves respect.
