I have had the chance to participate in two of Isabelle's workshops and both have been eye opening experiences. Isabelle creates a safe and welcoming environment in which to share openly and come to new realizations. Her workshops encourage you to come to your own understandings about yourself, make new connections between ideas, and be aware of the myriad different points of view that are out there. Her method is guiding and encouraging without being overbearing. I have come out of both workshops with new material about myself and others that I had never before thought about.

I had the chance to participate to one of Isabelle's workshops last month. It was really interesting, refreshing and inspiring! I did a class couple weeks ago for the first time! I think at 50+ years old i know myself pretty well.. However you always learn something new about yourself at any age!
