I had a bizarre experience with this place that's likely unique with Sonya but I'll explain; initially taxes were fine but communications were definitely slow and it seems like if I didn't actually come in and sit down in person, I wouldn't hear anything. Wasn't a big fan, communication is huge. Then out of nowhere, months after my taxes were done / complete, I get an email from Sonia for whatever reason asking me about where I can get weapons because she's in the market for a 'stun gun'. We are not friends or even acquaintances, this is nothing we discussed historically, and she said she based it off of going through my paperwork and finding my job title and she associated that with weaponry somehow. It was a very bizarre communication. For fiscal year 2022, I called and emailed multiple times receiving no response from anyone but Emmilie (I hope I'm not entirely butchering that spelling) both apologizing and finally asking me if there's anything they can do to rectify the situation. At this point, I already found a new office, someone that would actually reply, so I unfortunately had to tell her no but then I also received an even more bizarre voicemail from Sonya that was about a minute if not longer telling me almost in slow motion that she's sorry she didn't get back to me, they were moving offices for apparently the entirety of the several weeks I was calling and emailing and she's actually no longer with the company. Which sounds like a good thing for the company. Other than Sonia, the remainder of the staff was great it just would have been better with more communication. And maybe not a left field email asking me how to obtain weapons. Apologizing now for any grammatical errors, I'm dictating.

I had a wonderful experience getting my taxes done here. Accountants usually work with the local businesses, but they were also able to take individual filers. Because of their experience working with many businesses, they were very quick and knowledgeable in filing my taxes and getting me the best possible return. They found so many legal deductions for a sole proprietor business as well that I did not know exists. I came out learning a lot more about business and filing taxes. I would recommend anyone, single filers or those who are starting their business, to take their business here!

Accudata staff are all fantastic. Blakely is so pleasant & helpful & Sonia always gets right back to me & is super efficient. All the staff are great. Been going here for over 35 years. Would not have anyone else do my taxes. Very convenient location & even has parking.
