An amazing experience and opportunity to attend Healing While Building Summit this past weekend. Ms. Lashana West and great speakers. They are so authentic. You could not miss any knowledge that spoke directly to everybody in the room. I wrote about 21 pages. Learn to put my best foot forward. We are enough and worthy. Analyze and accept what will work for you. Not to let anyone see you weak. We to the vision and execute our vision.Create our own doors. We cannot wait on someone else to make our dreams to come true. We cannot hold on to familiar in order to go to a new territory. New person and sacrifice to step into our purpose and prosperity. To write our story while we are alive instead of dead. Someone can tell a false story about ourselves. We would not be able to defend nor correct our story.

Pop Up and Create is a very nice venue. To create your own content. Setting and positive affirmations all around her venue.

Sounding Bowls was a great experience. From crying to know you are okay. You can feel all your negative sit so heavy on your body. Once we vision of positive your body my body felt so light. The Men Panel of Healing. Was unforgettable stories. Men need healing. The Hula Empress to make us dig into our inner child. By HulaHoop. We all enjoyed. We even got to speak and introduce our partner. Active listening is important. There are 4 adjustments to networking. 1. Intentions -Sales. 2. Strategy - show up and have an actual strategy. 3. Messaging - be different with confidence, clarity and connection. 4. Nurturing - how to network and gain potential partners. Networking and branch out. I had done an interview with Budding Media Monguls. Fotica Photobooth to have fun with their props. To express ourselves.

Best event ever. To get us out of our own box. Glad to learn and grow for my business. Really going to be focus on my business.
